please note:
When your payment is waiting to be confirmed, your order is assigned a "Pending" status and they are held in a Pending Order status until the bank confirms the payments.
So, coming to a pending order, do not re-pay it, and wait for your order to be assigned a “fail/success” status:
Fail: the bank has not confirmed the payment.
Success: the bank has confirmed your payment and we will start to handle and process your order ASAP.
