herein as “Newsha’, “we”, “us” and “our”).

Newsha Single Member P.C may amend this Privacy Policy at any time

continued use of the Systems after any such changes shall constitute the

3.1. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Personal Data
Users can see, review and change most of their Personal Data by
signing in to Systems (within the personal, password-protected area.).
Generally, we will not manually modify Users’ Personal Data because verifying
their identity remotely may prove difficult. Thus, it is Users’ responsibility
to update promptly their Personal Data if it changes or is inaccurate.

3.2. Deletion of Data
You also have the right upon request to delete your data stored
with us free of charge and at any time. To delete them, please go through “Termination
of Distributorship” menu in your virtual office.
If you do not arrange for your data to be deleted, then your data
will be processed until the day we receive your “Termination of Distributorship”
request.
We do retain Personal Data from closed accounts to comply with law,
prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems,
assist with any investigations, and take other actions otherwise permitted by
law.
